Product Operations Intern (Hybrid in Indianapolis IN, Summer 2026)

About the position

This is a hybrid position that will require both onsite/in office, and remote work in Indianapolis, IN, USA. Responsibilities

  • Work with our teams of solutions architects and sales engineers to identify products and services that address our clients’ needs.
  • Manage the reception of products, including inventory management, shipment tracking, coordination between suppliers, and status tracking with our delivery teams.
  • Manage Sales and Product Orders from inception through delivery and invoicing in coordination with our finance teams, generating quotes for new equipment, licenses, and services as needed.
  • Advise solutioning, delivery, operations, and finance teams on procurement process optimization.
  • Maintain our product catalog.
  • Assist in contract negotiations.
  • Assist in the management of partner relationships, helping to achieve better pricing for our clients.
  • Create sales fact sheets of products or services.
  • Review existing contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Manage the IT systems that track shipments, inventory and supply of goods.
  • Prepare and deliver procurement reports.

Requirements

  • We require 0 – 3 years’ experience managing the procurement of hardware and software, and experience with this role in a Managed Service Provider setting is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with our systems is preferred: ConnectWise Sell ConnectWise Manage Hubspot
