Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a professional, well-organized, and articulate Remote Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our virtual office operations. This role is specially designed for women professionals with strong communication skills who can work remotely and handle front-desk responsibilities with confidence and grace. As the face of our organization in the virtual space, you will manage incoming communication, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that client and team interactions are smooth and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming emails, messages, and phone calls in a courteous and timely manner

  • Provide virtual assistance for scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups

  • Greet and direct virtual visitors or clients using appropriate online tools

  • Maintain front desk documentation and logs using cloud-based software

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and facilitate communication

  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients or team members by sharing resources and documentation

  • Monitor shared inboxes and calendars, ensuring high-priority tasks are addressed promptly

  • Manage basic data entry, filing, and record maintenance tasks as needed

  • Handle administrative support tasks for HR or management teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home setup

  • 4 to 6 hours per day, with shifts available between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)

  • Monday to Saturday (with optional weekend shifts based on availability)
