Key Responsibilities

  • Translate written content, audio recordings, and documents from source language to target language with clarity and precision.

  • Interpret real-time conversations during virtual meetings, customer service calls, or interviews as needed.

  • Ensure accurate translation of terminology, tone, and intent while maintaining cultural and contextual relevance.

  • Proofread and edit translated content for grammar, style, and formatting consistency.

  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and clarify translation nuances.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in handling sensitive content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in at least two languages (English and one or more of the following: Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Arabic, Japanese, Hindi, or others).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both source and target languages.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Competency in using translation software (CAT tools preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation, interpretation, or related linguistic services (freelance or employed).

  • Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience with international clients or cross-cultural communication is an advantage.

Working Hours
