Remote Operations Manager (Entry-Level, Fast-Growth E-Commerce Company)

About Us

Unturned is a fast-growing e-commerce returns and liquidation company that helps brands recover more value from returned inventory. We handle inspection, grading, listing, and resale across multiple platforms including eBay, Shopify, and live auctions.

We are building a strong remote team across multiple functions and are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to help support, organize, and scale these teams.

About the Role

This is an entry-level management role designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

You will oversee and support several remote teams including:

  • UPC identification team
  • Product listing team
  • Customer service team
  • Warehouse admin team

Your main responsibility is to ensure operations run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and team members feel supported.

This role is less about prior experience and more about ownership, communication, and problem solving.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for remote operations teams
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
  • Help improve processes and workflows as the company grows
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Keep operations organized across multiple departments
