Remote Receptionist – Online Appointment Handling

Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a courteous, professional, and highly organized Remote Receptionist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments using online calendar systems (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).

  • Confirm appointments and follow up with clients for reminders.

  • Route inquiries to appropriate departments and team members as needed.

  • Maintain accurate client records and logs of communication.

  • Provide basic information about services and pricing.

  • Troubleshoot common appointment-related issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Manage multiple client accounts, adhering to specific protocols and service guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, helpful attitude.

  • Proficiency in using email platforms, online scheduling tools, and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.

Experience
