Part Time Sales Specialist Position - Overview:

This position requires the ability to assist and support sales associates and customers with inquires to ensure complete guest satisfaction by handling requests in a courteous, timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Schedule: Sat Off, Sunday 230pm-1100pm, Mon Off, Tues Off, Wed 330pm-730pm, Thu 330pm-730pm, Fri 330-730pm

Responsibilities:
  • Assist hotels by answering questions and problem solving
  • Assist and track work at home associate’s technical issues and problem-solving techniques
  • Process reservations and use appropriate selling strategies and empowerment skills to maximize revenue for Omni Hotels when asked to assist with reservations
  • Respond effectively to all inquiries
  • Display a pleasant, helpful and courteous attitude toward customers, fellow associates, and management
  • Provide temporary coverage for Sales Supervisors including opening, closing, and emergency situations.
  • May be required to perform other related duties, responsibilities and activities which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
Min. Qualifications
  • Assist and support reservation sales associates with inquires and problem-solving techniques in a professional and personable manner, addressing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent conflict management skills and mediation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess demonstrated excellent communication skills (both oral and written): listens to others.
  • Ability to work independently with the Omni trilogy in mind.
  • Good organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
