HR Service Jobs is hiring Retail Billing Executives to join a fast-paced, customer-friendly environment in leading apparel showrooms. As a Billing Executive, you will be the final touchpoint in the customer journey—handling transactions, generating accurate bills, managing payment methods, and ensuring excellent service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers courteously and process their purchases promptly and accurately.

  • Generate invoices using billing software or POS systems.

  • Handle different payment modes – cash, card, UPI, and digital wallets.

  • Maintain daily sales and billing records.

  • Coordinate with the floor team for product codes, discounts, and offers.

  • Ensure proper handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.

  • Provide assistance or resolve basic customer inquiries related to billing.

  • Adhere to showroom policies regarding cash management and financial accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software/POS systems.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.

Experience
