Revenue Operations Manager

Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager leads the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of pricing and inventory strategies across markets. This role partners closely with global and regional commercial stakeholders to drive system adoption, elevate revenue performance, and align hotel needs with enterprise strategy.

Your day to day
  • Implement and communicate revenue initiatives across hotels in partnership with global and regional commercial stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and feedback to global and regional revenue leadership to ensure continuous improvement of tools and programs.
  • Drive execution of pricing, yield, and selling strategies using GRS, N2 Pricing, and distribution systems.
  • Consult with regional stakeholders and hotel feedback on effective system utilization to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend strategic actions for revenue growth.
  • Support training and development of commercial and revenue teams, serving as a subject matter advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve system, process, and operational issues.
  • Lead delivery of targeted revenue initiatives and improvement programs across assigned markets.


What we need from you
  • 7-10 years of experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or commercial strategy with deep knowledge of GRS, N2 Pricing, PMS, and distribution platforms.
  • Expertise in pricing, forecasting, yield optimization, and channel performance.
  • Proficiency with commercial systems including GRS, N2 Pricing, and related hotel technology.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale or multi-property projects from design through execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across commercial and hotel organizations.
  • Ability to resolve competing priorities and drive alignment across global and regional teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing revenue, pricing, or commercial strategies across diverse hotel portfolios.
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations supporting long-term growth.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret trends and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $83,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
