About the position

A Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality remote patient care using technology, such as electronic health records, phone and video calls. This role involves working collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver comprehensive care using remote technology, including patient assessments, interventions, education and follow up. The RN utilizes evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions, ensuring coordinated, high quality and fiscally accountable care across various settings, while also addressing safety and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing
  • Bachelor’s Degree Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in this RN role on or after March 1, 2026
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
  • 5 years of relevant experience in ED / ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage or other relevant specialty
  • Michigan RN License upon hire
