Senior Manager -Programmatic is responsible for leading the activation, management, and measurement of Brand and Performance Programmatic media channels that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention of millions of prospects and clients across the US. The Programmatic Trader supports personalized, omnichannel plans and uses data from various sources to optimize performance, maximizing in-market results and driving firm revenue. Through management of full funnel, omnichannel campaigns, they'll oversee an annual media budget of $15M-$20M. **What you'll do...** Performance Marketing: The Performance Marketing team exists to reinvent how Edward Jones brings new clients into the firm and connects them with the right financial advisor and branch team. Our mission includes: 1. Attract highly qualified investors to our branches by building brand familiarity and consideration nationally and engaging prospective clients locally and developing increasingly targeted approaches to media and advertising. 2. Develop strategies and turnkey tools that enable branch teams to acquire more qualified clients with greater efficiency. Within Performance Marketing, the Targeted Media and Channels team is responsible for developing and executing the strategies and plans that drive familiarity, consideration and connections of new clients to branch teams. The Sr. Manager of programmatic media and optimization will be responsible for the leading the development, execution, and performance analysis of the programmatic strategies. Responsibility Summary: - Be an expert in the programmatic and digital display ecosystem understanding the taxonomy of digital media landscape and its components - Holistic understanding of digital, deeper understanding of optimization strategy - Responsible for the development and execution of successful programmatic strategies that span across national, local and branch level campaigns. - Provide input and guidance around campaign design and innovation - Oversee the targeting and media strategy of Edward jones accounts ensuring the delivery of all campaigns in full and on time, while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks and internal financial goals. - Collaborate with Paid media, Journey Orchestration, Content and Agencies to deliver the ideal performance solution for Edward Jones. - Collaborate with Product and Data Modeling teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve media performance - Communicate specific inventory needs to the agency to develop publisher partnerships and increase unique reach. - Collaborate during media planning to ensure a strategy is in place to develop the ideal programmatic performance to compliment the overall media mix. - Manage media agencies, technology partners and performance marketing team members. - Test and Learn new programmatic strategies, while minimizing impact on performance - Partner with other marketing channel, content and experience teams to deliver on marketing objectives.
