Working at Altura will offer the stability of a professional services firm working strategically at the enterprise level with the excitement of delivering real solutions in the field without being tied to a single project for months dealing with basic construction issues that often dominate systems integration projects.</span></p><p></p><h2>Scope & Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p><span>Manage a portfolio of clients and projects, including client relationships, team leadership, technical oversight and schedule & budget management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead MSI strategy and implementation projects, leveraging an in-house team of MSI implementation specialists and analytics tools to deliver superior client outcomes and building performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain and grow a presence for Altura in the Mid-Atlantic through active engagement with clients, in local industry associations, speaking engagements, and through thought leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead business development efforts to grow Altura’s client base and expand services with existing clients. Client outreach, business development, and proposals are expected to average 10% of your time.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable Niagara programming and graphics supervisors to deliver centralized project optimization and analytics integration across existing and new building control systems. Execute project work and manage internal teams to deliver:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Niagara migration projects: Project management, design strategy, vendor and client coordination, deep IT coordination, scheduling, proactive client communications, QAQC, training</span></p></li><li><p><span>New Construction MSI Projects: Project management, design reviews, controls procurement support, vendor and client coordination, deep IT coordination, scheduling, proactive client communications, QAQC, training</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enterprise Systems Administration: Project management, client coordination, stakeholder engagement, guidelines and specifications development, strategic network management oversight, systems and application strategy, training</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Travel within the U.S. engage with clients and manage projects as needed.
