Si Cara is a pizza and natural wine bar near Central Square in Cambridge, MA. and South Boston on West Broadway. Si Cara features simple food done well, with a sense of place, passion for great ingredients and an eye for detail. Si Cara can be a spot for lunch or a glass of wine mid day. A place to tuck in nightly for pizza & cocktails with friends or take away pizza regularly.

We are looking for experienced servers and offer great pay and benefits for full time employees. We are looking for those passionate about good pizza, natural wine and great hospitality done efficiently within the casual style of a neighborhood pizza spot.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests of Si Cara
  • Maintain knowledge of food menu, beer, natural wine and cocktails, committing to continued education at each position level
  • Drive guest experience through passionate, thoughtful and honest service
  • Care for Si Cara spaces, through regular organization, cleanliness and adherence to all food & safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, pleasant, respectful environment for all Si Cara team members

Role Requirements

  • Wine knowledge a plus
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience appreciated
