Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond to, and interact with followers and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Execute weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand tone.

  • Analyze social media insights to identify trends, optimize engagement, and report on performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and deliver consistent brand messaging.
