Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

  • Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that resonate with target audiences

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to increase engagement and reach

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain a positive community presence

  • Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media platforms for brands or companies in a professional setting

  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design basics and video editing capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights

  • Proficient in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of social media management experience in a marketing role
