The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within Power Platform, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.</span></p><p></p><p>Overview</p><ul><li>Location: Romania, Poland or Czech</li><li>Language: fluent English</li><li>Travel: less than 10% is expected</li><li>Years of Experience: 10-15</li></ul><p></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>The candidate requires fluent English language skills to engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers.</li><li>10-15 years of experience in cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, system architecture, OR equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Power Platform components.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Power Platform enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems.<ul><li><span>Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse and other sources.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services.</span></li><li><span>Experience with configuring custom Connectors.</span></li></ul></li><li>Familiar with Power Platform governance and administration.<ul><li><span>Administer and support Power Platform environments in enterprise scenarios.</span></li><li><span>Capable of establishing and managing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) with knowledge of the CoE Starter Kit.</span></li><li><span>Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via solutions and pipelines.</span></li></ul></li><li>Strong communication skills that allow them to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers.</li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training and effectively resolve complex Power Apps issues and architectural challenges through strong analytical and collaborative skills.</span></li><li>Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools.</li><li><span>Experience in customer-facing roles.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualification</p><ul><li>Additional experience with Power Platform technologies, such as Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.</li><li>Any experience with Dynamics 365 apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service)</li><li>Architect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications are preferred.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Location:</p>UK, Work at Home, GB<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Language Requirements:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Time Type:</p>Full time
