Administer user roles, system updates, and 3rd party integrations. Supporting compliance, accounting, leasing, and operational departments. This role ensures data integrity and optimizes workflows. </p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong><br>We are seeking a<strong> Sr Yardi Administrator</strong> <strong> </strong>This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000</p> <p><strong>Candidates to be considered must reside in one of the following states: California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Georgia or Florida.</strong></p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>System Administration and Configuration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage, configure, and maintain Yardi modules (Voyager, Yardi Affordable, CRMIQ, Account Trees, etc.)</li> <li>Setup of Affordable Projects (HUD, Tax Credit, 50059, Local Programs, etc.) within Yardi Affordable</li> <li>Coordinate and test plugin upgrades, patch installations, and release testing.</li> <li>Configure workflows, security roles, permissions, user accounts, and property setups.</li> <li>Customize dashboards, reports, menus, and data interfaces based on business needs.</li> <li>Configure integrations with 3<sup>rd</sup> party partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Management and Reporting </strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct data audits.</li> <li>Create and maintain custom reports. sing Yardi Report Scheduler and Task Runner.
