This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, balancing speed with thoughtfulness, and solving complex hiring challenges through collaboration and insight. </p><p>The ideal candidate will be commutable to our Madison, NJ Headquarters; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.</p><p>This is a contract role for approximately 6 months.</p><p><u>What You’ll Do:</u></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;"><li>- Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role needs, priorities, and success profiles, translating business goals into thoughtful hiring strategies</li><li>- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and offer processes</li><li>- Conduct structured, meaningful interviews that thoughtfully assess skills, potential, and alignment with team needs</li><li>- Share clear recommendations with hiring managers, helping them move forward with confidence and momentum</li><li>- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and creative sourcing methods</li><li>- Deliver a positive experience for every candidate, regardless of outcome</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>How You’ll Drive Impact:</u></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;"><li>- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house environment</li><li>- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers across a variety of roles and levels</li><li>- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including experience with behavioral-based interviewing</li><li>- Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channels</li><li>- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort influencing decisions through insight and trust</li><li>- Comfort working with multiple recruiting tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes</li><li>- Experience recruiting in sales, real estate, or fast-paced growth environments is a plus</li></ul><p> </p><p style="line-height: normal;
