We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for frontline and operational roles across multiple airport locations nationwide. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and site teams to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • *Hiring Manager Partnership & High-Volume Execution
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, align on hiring priorities, and drive efficient, timely hiring decisions
  • Manage multiple roles and locations simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience and effectively managing expectations
  • *Job Requisition Creation:
  • Develop and post job requisitions for various positions within airport services, ensuring they align with our operational needs and standards
  • Maintain position management by ensuring requisitions and hiring activity align with approved headcount, workforce plans, and contract requirements
  • *Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • *Candidate Screening & Selection
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role and contract requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive effective and consistent selection decisions
  • *Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • *Onboarding Coordination
  • Support pre-employment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR and site teams
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
  • *Data, Reporting & Systems Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday (ATS)
  • Track recruiting activity and support reporting on key metrics including time-to-fill and requisition aging
  • *Travel & On-Site Support
  • Participate in occasional travel to support site startup initiatives, hiring events, career fairs, stakeholder meetings, and site familiarization
  • *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Three (3) or more years of recruitment or related experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to support operational initiatives
  • Flexibility to support recruiting activities across multiple time zones as business needs require
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance
  • *STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced, or multi-site environments
  • Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and outreach
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment processes
  • Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Experience supporting hiring in unionized or regulated environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and solve complex recruiting challenges with minimal guidance
  • *Pay Range:
$57,600.00 - $90,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
