Job DetailsJob Location: RemoteNichols Research is an established national marketing research company headquartered in the San Francisco bay area. We are seeking Telephone Recruiters who are able to work from home, to interview and invite respondents to participate in our clients' market research studies. As a Telephone Recruiter you will be interviewing respondents over the telephone using a scripted questionnaire, accurately record their responses in an Excel database, and invite those who qualify to participate in focus groups or other market research forum types, for which they will receive an honorarium for sharing their time and opinions. We are seeking outgoing individuals with a positive, professional attitude and excellent speaking skills, who are able to talk to all types of people, and are able to work effectively in a stand alone environment. Important: We are ONLY hiring applicants who currently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Applicants who do not reside in one of these states will not be considered. Please do not apply if you live outside of these locations. We conduct market research studies on a wide variety of topics including current events, health care, customer/product satisfaction, politics, media usage, and many others.   As a telephone recruiter, you will: place outbound calls through our VOIP telephone software explain the study's purpose, answer questions, address concerns read the computer-based scripted questions clearly and verbatim accurately record answers into Excel databases clarify vague or unclear responses invite qualified respondents and record their information This position does not involve any sales or telemarketing and is not commission-based. We provide paid training and flexible scheduling.   Details: Starting pay ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour Pay increases based on your production and hours available to work Your work will be guided by our experienced supervisors, and calls will be monitored for quality control and training purposes Telephone recruiters with prior experience a plus Spanish bi-lingual a plus We provide the software for making the recruiting calls from your computer or mobile phone.
