Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Trainee Assistant at a reputed Food Manufacturing Plant. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start a career in food production and plant operations. The position provides comprehensive on-the-job training and exposure to various departments of the manufacturing unit. Candidates with ITI qualifications are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the food processing plant.

  • Operate basic machinery under supervision.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per food safety standards.

  • Monitor quality parameters and report any irregularities to the supervisor.

  • Support in packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks.

  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines strictly.

  • Participate in daily team meetings and safety drills.

  • Provide support to senior technicians and plant operators in routine and emergency tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass; ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Pass preferred in any trade.

  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical operations is a plus.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights.

  • Strong attention to detail and hygiene practices.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setup.

  • Prior experience in food processing or plant operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Shift-Based Work: Morning / Afternoon / Night shifts (rotational)

  • 6 Days a Week with weekly off

  • Working Hours: 8–10 hours per shift (including breaks)

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols (training will be provided).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.

  • Adaptable to changing work environments and open to learning new processes.
