Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for an exciting Virtual Educator Internship opportunity in collaboration with Unacademy, Indias leading online learning platform. This remote internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring educators who are passionate about teaching and want to gain practical experience in digital education. Interns will work closely with Unacademys academic teams, assist in content creation, and help deliver high-quality sessions to learners across various subjects and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive online teaching sessions for school subjects or competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, UPSC, etc.).

  • Collaborate with senior educators and content teams to design lesson plans, quizzes, and concept explanations.

  • Record and deliver video lessons as per Unacademys teaching standards and learner guidelines.

  • Provide feedback to students and address queries in a timely, professional manner.

  • Stay updated with syllabus requirements and exam patterns relevant to the assigned subject.

  • Maintain punctuality, clarity, and consistency in your teaching sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal communication and online presentation skills.

  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Strong command over one or more of the following subjects: Science, Mathematics, Social Science, English, Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs, or competitive exam topics.

  • Basic knowledge of video recording/editing (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • No prior teaching experience is required – freshers and first-time educators are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in coaching, tutoring, or content creation (if any) will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule, with a minimum commitment of 2–4 hours per day.

  • Interns must be available during peak teaching hours: evenings and weekends, if required.
