Role: UX Designer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive, research-backed user experiences across Joveo's platform. You will turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces — advocating for users at every stage of the product development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
  • Develop and maintain UX documentation including journey maps and design specifications
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
  • Contribute to and maintain Joveo's design system and interaction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process — research, wireframing, and final design
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
  • Strong systems thinking — ability to design for complex, multi-step user flows
