Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Entry Level) to join our remote admin support team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative and organizational tasks that help our clients run their operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients.

  • Assist with data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and file management.

  • Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries as needed.

  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes or minutes.

  • Manage basic customer support tasks via email or chat.

  • Organize to-do lists, reminders, and follow-up actions.

  • Handle basic social media posting and updates.

  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic understanding of office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
