Job Summary:

Hulu is seeking passionate, customer-obsessed individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Support Advocates. In this remote role, you will serve as the frontline of Hulus support system, helping subscribers resolve account and billing-related issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to Hulu subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns.

  • Accurately diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately.

  • Document subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.

  • Stay aligned with Hulus brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
