Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual / Brand Identity Designer to lead the development of brand assets including logos, color palettes, typography, and comprehensive style guides. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling brand visuals. This is a remote opportunity, ideal for designers with a flair for building memorable brand identities from the ground up for digital-first companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and refine logos and visual brand elements aligned with client objectives.

  • Develop and deliver detailed brand style guides including usage rules for colors, fonts, patterns, imagery, and tone.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and web design teams to ensure consistent brand application across platforms.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and research to position the brand uniquely in the market.

  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and clients.

  • Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards, are production-ready, and adaptable for both print and digital media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, particularly logo design and style guide documentation.

  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.

  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with attention to visual detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in brand identity design or visual communication.

  • Prior agency or freelance branding experience is a plus.

  • Experience in building multi-format assets for both web and print is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Core collaboration hours: 10 AM – 6 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional project-based weekend availability may be required.
