Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly creative and strategically driven Visual Designer to take full ownership of the end-to-end design process—from concept through execution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity across digital platforms and branding assets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams to bring compelling stories and campaigns to life, ensuring a consistent and impactful user experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete design lifecycle from ideation to execution for web, mobile, social media, and print.

  • Develop visual content for brand campaigns, product launches, UI/UX interfaces, presentations, and promotional material.

  • Maintain and evolve the companys design system, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to translate business objectives into powerful visual solutions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital interfaces and interactive experiences.

  • Conduct user research and apply design thinking to improve engagement and usability.

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and offer design leadership in cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design projects including branding, UI/UX, and marketing visuals.

  • Deep understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience creating design systems and style guides.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in visual design or related roles.

  • Previous experience working in agile, cross-functional teams in tech or digital marketing environments is a plus.

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (Remote/Hybrid/Flexible)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Core Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Occasional collaboration with international teams may require flexible hours.
