As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the voice of the company, interacting directly with customers over phone calls to resolve queries, provide product or service information, and deliver a delightful customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate and complete information based on customer needs and company guidelines.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests and offer effective solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

  • Update customer records and log all call interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Follow communication scripts and protocols as outlined by the company.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
