Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and articulate Voice Process Executive (Female) to join our remote customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who have a passion for communication and customer service. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. This role is fully remote and offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors to ensure high service quality.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
