This role will be the Head of IBP&E (Integrated Business Planning & Execution) and is responsible for integrating business planning and execution processes across three core areas, ensuring alignment from long-term strategic planning through to operational execution.<br></span></p><p><span style=""><strong>Key Pillars</strong><br>1. SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)<br>•    Lead the deployment of a robust medium- to long-term planning process across the business<br>•    Ensure all five steps of SIOP are effectively executed to provide accurate demand and supply visibility<br>•    Enable proactive capacity planning to support future growth<br>•    Drive inventory optimization strategies across the organization<br><strong>2. End-to-End (E2E) Planning & Execution Across Value Streams</strong><br>•    Establish network-based value streams and associated planning organizations<br>•    Ensure seamless integration across planning horizons—from SIOP to network planning to operations<br>•    Drive alignment and effective interfaces across all planning and execution functions<br><strong>3. Center of Excellence (CoE) Model</strong><br>•    Build and develop a CoE structure supporting operational procurement, material planning, and order management<br>•    Standardize and optimize processes to support end-to-end network performance<br><strong>Role Accountability</strong><br>•    Own and drive E2E performance across value streams, including key metrics such as service levels, inventory, and delivery<br>•    Deliver a consensus business plan that serves as the primary input into the financial forecast for the region</span></p><p><span style="">The expected annual salary range for this role is $203000 - $297000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. </span><span style="">Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. </span></p><div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>•    Build and lead the IBP&E organization, including SIOP, Network Planning, and CoE teams<br>•    Own E2E performance metrics across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons<br>•    Ensure robust long-term forecasting to support capacity planning while maintaining strong focus on short-term execution to maximize sales and profitability<br>•    Establish a disciplined cadence of reviews supported by standardized reporting and strong analytical problem-solving<br>•    Utilize planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis) to model, approve, and escalate scenarios that optimize business outcomes<br>•    Define clear decision rights supported by KPIs that drive accountability and desired behaviors<br>•    Deliver a unified consensus plan across demand, supply, and inventory, and support financial forecasting by articulating key assumptions and performance drivers<br>•    Act as a change leader to drive enterprise-wide adoption of IBP&E as the single planning framework<br>•    Coach and develop cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain<br>•    Partner with corporate and sector teams to enhance planning capabilities, including automation and digital tool deployment<br>•    Monitor IBP&E effectiveness through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives<br>•    Identify benchmarking and improvement opportunities to enhance service levels while optimizing inventory investment</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong><br>•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution<br>•    Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management<br>•    Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing people and teams<br>•    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship<br>•    Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR eligibility)<br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br>•    MBA or other advanced degree<br>•    Experience in the aerospace or defense industry<br>•    Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse) </p></div></div></div><p><span style="">All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process. All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws. </span></p><p><span style=""><strong>The application window for this position is anticipated to close on 7/20/2026. </strong></span></p><p><span style="">We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
