As Corporate Account Manager supporting Lowe’s and The Home Depot within Pool Solutions, you will plan and direct the national accounts sales team operations, ensuring national account sales and profit objectives are achieved. You will identify and secure new business opportunities within these accounts and provide them superior sales & customer support. You are responsible for managing the activities of other account managers or field service employees. Essential Job Functions Collaborates with the Associate Director of Mass Big Box to forecast sales quotas and plans for the National Account, ensuring profitable sales growth. Utilizes customer POS and inventory data to manage and grow Pool Solutions, conducting quarterly business updates, line reviews, and identifying SKU rationalization opportunities. Develops and implements National Account business plans, including profit and loss, forecasting, and sales goals, while creating strategies for sales and organic growth. Coordinates with sales, service, and marketing teams to set up new business programs, implement promotional initiatives, and support rollouts and special events. Leads annual business reviews, monitors store openings and closings, and ensures alignment with Field Service teams on account procedures and customer support. Stays updated on company products, provides coaching and training, and adheres to HR policies and employment laws. Frequently travels across North America and maintains strong relationships with internal and external National Account associates. Organizes and attends trade shows, conventions, and other learning opportunities to promote the business. You will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time, mostly to Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. However US wide travel will also be required. Requirements: BS/BA and 5-7 years of experience in big box retail environment. Bachelor's degree 5 years' experience with The Home Depot or Lowe's in a sales (head office) capacity is essential for this role.
