Role Overview We are seeking a talented Part‑Time Remote Data Engineer to join our dynamic technology group. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain large‑scale distributed data processing systems that power critical card transaction workflows. You will work closely with senior architects, product owners, and cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑performance, resilient, and secure data pipelines. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement distributed data processing and storage solutions on hybrid cloud environments. Develop detailed high‑level and low‑level designs that emphasize performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with product designers and engineers daily to translate requirements into clean, production‑ready code. Build proof‑of‑concept prototypes to evaluate emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
