This hybrid position blends the technical rigor of a Media Services Engineer with the interpersonal finesse of a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the AirPlay platform that powers seamless media streaming across arenaflex devices. Simultaneously, you will engage directly with customers, ensuring data accuracy, handling inquiries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities Technical Development (AirPlay & Media Services) Design, implement, and optimize client‑facing applications and services using C/C++ and Python . Develop, test, and debug AirPlay features that enable high‑quality audio and video streaming across arenaflex hardware (smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, HomePod‑type devices, and wearables). Collaborate with product, hardware, and UX teams to translate user requirements into robust, scalable code. Maintain and enhance the media‑service stack to support rapid demand spikes and ensure low‑latency performance. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines to uphold code quality standards. Document technical designs, APIs, and troubleshooting procedures for internal and external stakeholders. Data Entry & Customer Interaction Accurately input, verify, and maintain product and service data in arenaflex’s internal systems. Greet customers via chat, email, or phone, providing friendly, professional assistance. Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate arenaflex products or services, and guide them through selection processes. Process transactions, manage payment information, and ensure financial data integrity. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized virtual workspace and ensure data records are up‑to‑date. Collaborate with sales and support teams to achieve individual and team performance goals. Escalate complex technical or service issues to senior engineers or support specialists while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
