<div><b>See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b><br/><ul><li>Develop and enhance pricing analytics utilizing SAS, Python, Excel and Tableau related to projected portfolio returns, risk concentration and CRT performance. Present findings to Senior Leadership Team on a regular basis to influence pricing decisions.</li><li>Develop bespoke MI rate card pricing utilizing competitive intelligence, return thresholds, and desired portfolio composition to most efficiently deploy Radian's capital.</li><li>Perform ad hoc analysis related to mortgage insurance pricing, CRT portfolio analysis and competitive analysis.</li><li>Competitive Position Analytics: Perform analysis to adjust pricing as needed in order to maintain desired market share</li><li>Collecting and maintaining MI pricing intelligence thru the development of databases. Assist in the research and implementation of market data and variables to enhance pricing and financial forecasts.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>See the Job Specifications</b><br/><br/><b>Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience</b>:<br/><ul><li>Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience</li><li>Work Experience: 4 or more years of prior work related experience</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Additional Qualifications:</b><br/><ul><li>Analytical experience within the mortgage banking, Reinsurance, or financial services industry strongly preferred.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Python, SAS, or SQL, Snowflake, and AWS or a similar programming language</li><li>Prior experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI</li><li>Strong understanding of pricing/valuation/ROC concepts and methods"</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks under deadlines</li><li>Ability to perform analysis and provide conclusions and recommendations</li><li>Experience manipulating large data sets</li><li>Attention to detail as demonstrated by effective time-management, good organizational skills and use of analytical thinking to solve problems.</li><li>Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to draw value-added insights from large amounts of financial data</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and show a demonstrated ability to absorb information quickly.</li><li>Strong critical thinking</li><li>Training / experience with Microsoft Office products; very high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Ability to be a self-motivator and work independently, as well as work effectively with others.</li><li>Intellectually curious- is willing to question traditional ways of doing things and develop new approaches to old challenges</li><li>High level of interest in learning and utilizing advanced analytical and statistical methods</li><li>Demonstrated track record of success and increasing knowledge base</li></ul><br/><br/><b>See Why You Should Work With Us</b><br/><ul><li><b>Competitive Compensation</b>: anticipated base salary from $80,000 to $120,000 based on skills and experience.
