<div><strong><b>Summary</b></strong><br/><br/>Perform complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation and forecast preparation. Apply results of analysis to produce recommendations for management and department leadership. <br/><br/><b>This position is 100% remote. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, DE, FL,</b><br/><br/><b>GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.</b><br/><br/><strong><b>Primary Responsibilities </b></strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Analyzes past and present financial data of an organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Conducts financial analysis, analyzes P&L statements, and prepares accurate and timely reports.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Generates forecasts to analyze financial trends and research impact of decisions and ROI.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Perform complex analysis of data and identify and communicate trends, data manipulation, and report generation.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Administer financial, statistical and marketing projects.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Develop, generate and maintain monthly financial and statistical reports for internal and external distribution.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Prepare annual budget for assigned cost centers including projections of revenue and expense, FTE and clinic/physician productivity measurements. Analyze monthly financial and statistical performance compared to budget. Research variances and provide insight as to why they are occurring.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Act as a business advisor for assigned cost centers.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Apply results of analysis of multiple complex reports to produce recommendations for management and various stakeholders.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Prepare ad hoc requests and provide financial interpretation, analysis and market-based information to multiple stakeholders.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Administer database structure and ensure data integrity.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Oversee completion of special projects as assigned.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong><b>Knowledge - Skills - Abilities</b></strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.</li></ul><br/><br/><ul><li>Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong><b>Qualifications</b></strong><br/><br/>Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.<br/><br/><b>Minimum Required Education:</b> Bachelor's degree <br/><br/><b>Minimum Required Experience:</b> 7 years <br/><br/><strong><b>Physical Requirements</b></strong><br/><br/>Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. <br/><br/><strong><b>Work Environment</b></strong><br/><br/>Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. <br/><br/><strong><b>Sensory Acuity</b></strong><br/><br/>Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects. <br/><br/>Target salary range for this position is between $81,100.00 and $103,300.00 annually.
