The Junior IT Administrator & Client Services Support role focuses on supporting IT operations and client engagements, ensuring efficient management of IT processes and providing technical support services.


Responsibilities

  • Management of user identities, access controls, and reputed company policies reputed company Azure Active Directory

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Prior work experience in administering Azure AD, reputed company Intune, SharePoint, and Office 365
  • A firm grasp of cloud-based IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong understanding of the basics of TCP/IP and web fundamentals
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator, reputed company 365 Certified, or equivalent, are a definite plus
