The ideal candidate will develop test strategies and test cases, coordinate test execution, manage defects, support user acceptance testing (UAT), perform regression testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and release readiness. </div><div> </div><div>Core Responsibilities </div><ul><li>Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, regression suites, release checklists, and test execution schedules for web enhancements, Drupal migrations, content updates, search features, data visualizations, and microsites. </li><li>Perform functional, integration, regression, browser, mobile, usability, content, and UAT support testing across Federal client web properties and environments. </li><li>Validate requirements, user stories, designs, and acceptance criteria against implemented functionality and documented business needs. </li><li>Log, prioritize, track, and retest defects in Jira; support bug triage meetings and coordinate issue resolution with developers, content staff, and accessibility specialists. </li><li>Support testing for Drupal/WCMS migrations, including content parity, redirects, metadata, taxonomy, page templates, search behavior, and domain consolidation activities. </li><li>Perform basic accessibility checks and coordinate with the Senior Trusted Tester for detailed Section 508 testing and remediation validation. </li><li>Use automated testing tools such as Selenium or comparable platforms to improve regression coverage and reduce manual testing efforts. </li><li>Track and report testing progress, quality trends, open defects, release readiness, risks, and stakeholder concerns. </li><li>Contribute to QA process improvements, SOPs, templates, naming conventions, defect workflows, and quality metrics. </li></ul><div> </div><div>Minimum Qualifications </div><ul><li>Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, regression suites, and release readiness criteria for web applications or CMS-based websites. </li><li>Experience conducting functional, regression, cross-browser, mobile, content, usability, and UAT testing. </li><li>Experience managing defects and test execution using Jira, HP ALM, Quality Center, or comparable tools. </li><li>Working knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS workflows, HTML/CSS basics, browser developer tools, and web standards. </li><li>Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG concepts, W3C/HTML5 standards, and accessible digital product testing. </li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, communication, coordination, and issue-triage skills. </li></ul><div> </div><div>Preferred Qualifications </div><ul><li>Experience with Selenium or other automated testing tools, BrowserStack, PowerMapper, Lighthouse, Axe, WAVE, or comparable QA tools. </li><li>Experience leading testing for Drupal 7/8/9/10 migrations, public-facing Federal websites, or Federal client digital services. </li><li>Experience with CMMI, ISO 9001, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira administration, or QA process improvement initiatives. </li><li>Experience supporting security accreditation, ATO documentation, POA&Ms, or risk and quality management processes. </li></ul><div> </div><div>Salary </div><div>$80K </div><div> </div><div>RIVA Benefits </div><ul><li>Paid Time Off / Sick Leave </li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match </li><li>HSA/FSA Spending Accounts </li><li>Long- and Short-Term Disability </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Wellness Program Initiatives </li><li>RIVA Flex (Flexible Hours and Hybrid Support, where applicable) </li><li>Additional Workplace Benefits </li></ul><div> </div><div>Equal Opportunity Statement </div><div>RIVA Solutions is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
