Position Overview We are seeking a Change & Adoption Consultant with strong project management experience, organizational change, user adoption, communication, and training initiatives for Microsoft Power Platform (MPP) and Microsoft Copilot solutions (Chat, M365, and Copilot Studio). This role drives governance, adoption, training, operational readiness, user enablement, facilitating pilots, and ensuring successful enterprise‑wide adoption of modern AI and low‑code capabilities. The ideal candidate is skilled in managing complex technology programs, coordinating large stakeholder groups, and delivering structured rollout execution and high‑quality end‑user experiences for modern AI and low‑code platforms.

What You'll Do

Microsoft Power Platform

  • Lead the Power Platform Community of Practice
  • Manage portal content, design, and lifecycle
  • Support platform governance, compliance review, and remediation efforts
  • Develop user guidance, communications, and support materials
  • Provide end‑user assistance and coordinate with governance and operational teams
  • Support adoption strategies and rollout of new MPP capabilities

Microsoft Copilot (Chat, M365, Studio)

  • Create training materials, guidance documents, and support content
  • Deliver live training, demos, and daily office hours
  • Facilitate pilot programs, including Agentic AI pilots via Copilot Studio
  • Manage Copilot portals and maintain resource accuracy
  • Support operational readiness, rollout planning, and communication strategies
  • Draft executive updates and organization‑wide communications
  • Develop surveys, collect user feedback, and prepare reports and briefings
  • Collaborate with accessibility, compliance, and communications teams
  • Support governance, ServiceNow workflows, and licensing model operationalization
  • Support security authorization processes for all Copilot services
  • Maintain and update the M365 Copilot Readiness Assessment

What You'll Bring

  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Document progress, risks, decisions, and program updates; provide regular reports, metrics, and briefings to leadership
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at managing sponsors, end users, governance groups, and technical teams
  • Communication: Able to write clear, accessible technical and non‑technical communications and training materials for diverse audiences
  • Training & Facilitation: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering live training, demos, or workshops
  • Change Management: Experience supporting organizational adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with policy development, oversight processes, and accessibility (508) requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate pilot data, user feedback, trends, and operational impacts
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with AI tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and enterprise IT environments
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines, and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving OCM or adoption initiatives for enterprise technology programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or AI‑based enterprise solutions
  • Experience designing trainings, surveys, support articles, and facilitating pilot programs
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows or enterprise IT support models
  • Familiarity with accessibility (Section 508) standards for training materials
  • Experience in a government, federal contracting, or large enterprise environment
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand guidance for end users

Preferred Certifications (One or more of the following)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Prosci Change Management Certification (or similar)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $60/hr to $70/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
