Client Relations Manager for Digital Marketing Agency (Remote from Home)

Other Jobs To Apply

Ring Ring Marketing is hiring a full-time client relations manager. This client relations manager will be expected to significantly improve results delivered by client marketing campaigns and ensure our client retention rate is as close as possible to 96%.

Originally established in Silicon Valley, RRM has made its home in Las Vegas for several years. We provide cutting-edge internet marketing solutions for client businesses in several different industries in the United States and Canada.

Our founder consistently contributes educational articles about marketing for a variety of national industry trade magazines and has also written books about marketing for the home improvement and funeral industries.

To succeed in this position, you must enjoy lengthy discussions with clients through both written and oral communication. You must be innovative in figuring out the best way to improve marketing campaigns and how to communicate those needs to clients.

You must be thoughtful and professional in these discussions, employing exceptional listening and problem-solving skills. Your role is not only to help clients be successful in their campaigns but also to help them feel confident and secure in everything RRM does for them.

You also must be a total team player, which can sound cliché in a job posting, but we really mean it: Our culture is one where everyone works hard for the good of the clients and the company as a whole, so there's absolutely no room for slacking off, selfishness, or hogging credit.

Our most successful team members are those who do everything they can to support one another, go the extra mile for the client, and continuously work to find new ways to achieve greater results and improve efficiencies.

We believe every problem can be resolved with teamwork, innovative thinking, and good old-fashioned hard work. Our client managers are leaders, not followers: They take the initiative to figure out how to make things right.

By the same token, RRM supports its staff by offering a variety of opportunities for continuing education and training. This is a place where you can grow in your career and greatly expand your skill set.
