  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies to increase channel visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth using SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, including scripting, filming, editing videos with video editing software, and designing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance searchability and viewer retention.
  • Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics to assess performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with team members on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Buffer (application), Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Engage with viewers by responding to comments, managing community interactions, and fostering relationships to build a loyal audience base.
  • Oversee scheduling and posting of content using social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to maintain consistent channel activity.
  • Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in college or university with the ability to earn college credit for this internship position.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing software is essential.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for content accuracy and brand consistency.
