About the Role:
Our growing company is seeking a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual who can actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective, innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of our customer service policies and the ability to quickly locate resources to assist customers accurately and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide complete and accurate information using available tools and resources
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to confirm problem resolution and satisfaction
  • Communicate/work with our distributors and manufacturers to process claims

Additional Responsibilities
There will be an expectation to assist with overflow technical support and sales calls as part of supporting the broader customer experience. Training will be provided to ensure you feel confident handling these interactions, and bonus opportunities may be available for this added responsibility.

  • Answer incoming lead calls and act as a consultant throughout the sales process
  • Address product questions, provide quotes, and build relationships with prospective customers
  • Support the sales cycle by nurturing leads and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team when needed
  • Manage incoming technical support calls by gathering necessary details and troubleshooting to identify optimal solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or as a client service representative
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think critically under pressure
