As a Financial Professional, you will work with clients primarily online, building meaningful relationships, providing financial education, identifying their financial goals, and developing a personalized plan to help them achieve their objectives. We are currently looking for part-time professionals with the ability to transition to full-time. This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a generous compensation structure that includes stock options and profit sharing along with the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours. This allows you to work around your existing commitments and responsibilities.
Although no direct experience in finance is necessary, we are looking for individuals who are hard-working, dedicated, and willing to begin a training program as an entry-level Wealth Manager and to develop into management and leadership positions (because we only promote from within). QUALIFICATIONS:
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
Both Remote & Hybrid Options Available | Online tools and training are provided in-house.
Must pass a background check (NO FELONIES)
Must be able to LEGALLY work in and reside in the UNITED STATES
