Your Core Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience strategy. Key responsibilities include Handle and Respond to Customer Inquiries Carefully and accurately address all incoming customer questions and concerns, ensuring each person feels heard, valued, and respected. Flexible Availability Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our global clients need around-the-clock support. Call Volume Management Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume while maintaining quality, accuracy, and empathy. Technical Proficiency Comfortable using Windows 11 operating systems and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Typing Speed Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
