Spiro is hiring a Growth Campaign & Content Manager to join our Sales & Growth Enablement team in support of our Exhibits line of business. The Growth Campaign & Content Manager works in partnership with the Sales & Growth Enablement team, delivering best-in-class multi-channel and digital growth campaigns. This role is responsible for the GTM content strategy and creating, optimizing, and managing engaging multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation for new business and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Help define campaign scope, objectives, and target audience; build and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, web).
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand growth to include paid ads, SEO, etc.
  • Content Strategy: Help define the go-to market content strategy for our exhibits business, leveraging persona insights and current content best practices.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and prepare reports to optimize ROI and improve future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Determine and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of marketing assets (landing pages, emails) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Social Community Management: Monitor our social channels for opportunities for conversation, reshares, and amplifying our core messages in partnership with the content team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in events, exhibitions, marketing, or a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a growth or marketing campaign role with focus on lead generation and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital ads, including paid LinkedIn, Google, SEO, etc.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while staying focused on results for the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some experience with leveraging AI for content creation and campaign planning a plus but not required.

  • 30 Days: Gain an understanding of Spiro’s brand voice, exhibit audience, and goals and objectives for driving growth.
  • 60 Days: Implementing our content and campaign strategy to drive new business
  • 90 Days: Take ownership of campaign workflows, regularly analyze performance data, and proactively recommend optimizations to improve engagement and reach
