Responsibilities

Build and optimize high-converting funnels and landing pages
Manage and scale Google Ads PPC campaigns
Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
Build and manage websites and lead-generation pages
Develop and manage automation workflows inside GoHighLevel
Set up CRM pipelines, automations, triggers, and lead nurturing systems
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
Improve conversion rates through testing and optimization
Manage tracking systems including pixels, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and campaign execution

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven digital marketing experience
Must be proficient in:
GoHighLevel
Google Ads PPC
Meta Ads Manager
Website building
Funnel building
CRM automation
Lead tracking and conversion metrics
Strong understanding of:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Conversion rates
Retargeting
Attribution tracking
A/B testing
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with franchise, coaching, or home services industries
Experience with AI automation tools
Basic graphic design and copywriting knowledge
SEO experience is a plus
