Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and increase efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods. Manage and lead a team of logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Utilize data and analytics to track and assess supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding delivery expectations. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and increase their effectiveness in the role. Monitor and control logistics costs to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities for cost savings. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
