Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a Corporate EHS Manager to join our team. This a virtual role and candidates in New Mexico and Mexico are preferred. How You’ll Help Us Connect the World In this role, you will lead and support our Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment and is comfortable interacting with regional and site-level teams. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead and manage global EHS programs, ensuring compliance with international, national, and local regulations. • Oversee and improve incident management systems , including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking. • Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs , including exposure assessments and control strategies. • Ensure environmental compliance across global operations, including permitting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives. • Collaborate with regional EHS teams and site leaders to align global standards and share best practices. • Provide training, guidance, and support to site EHS personnel. • Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions as needed. • Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to global EHS strategy development. Required Qualifications for Consideration • Five or more years of progressive EHS experience in a global or regional role. • Proven experience in incident management, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance. • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Proficient in EHS management systems and data analysis tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 training and experience • Ability to travel internationally as required (approx. 10%-15%).
