About APD Global

The Role

This role is responsible for managing, tracking and maintaining project documentation across multiple engineering and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and efficiently controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

🚧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of project documentation
  • Maintain document control systems, registers, and databases in accordance with project and client requirements
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly recorded, version controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate document workflows between engineering teams, project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Monitor document review cycles, approvals, and overdue actions
  • Prepare transmittals, reports, and document status updates for project teams
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and client document control requirements
  • Support project teams with formatting, templates, and document management processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information
  • Assist with project close-out documentation and final handover packages

  • Previous experience in a Document Controller or Project Administrator role within engineering, construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, or related industries
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage large volumes of documentation across multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
