The Opportunity

Are you someone who enjoys coordinating shipments and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day shipping activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods.

Your Impact (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Shipment Coordination: Plan and track daily shipments based on customer requirements and timelines.
  • Freight Liaison: Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents on bookings, quotations, and shipment updates.
  • Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers on cargo readiness and ensure all documents are prepared correctly.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
  • LC Support: Assist in handling Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, timelines, and document submission
  • Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments from loading to departure to ensure smooth.
  • Problem Solving: Handle urgent shipment issues, amendments, and ensure minimal delays.
  • Reporting & Filing: Maintain proper records and prepare shipment status updates for tracking and audit purposes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a procurement or supply chain coordination role.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) to manage diverse supplier relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP/Inventory management software and Microsoft Office
  • Attributes: A high degree of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and a "continuous improvement" mindset.
