Accenture MY – Industry X – Intelligent Asset Management (IAM). We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with strong expertise in one or more leading EAM platforms such as

SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.
  • Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.
  • Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain. Qualifications:- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  • SAP S/4HANA EAM
  • Hexagon EAM
  • IBM Maximo
  • Oracle EAM
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred Preferred Skills & Experience:- Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.
  • Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities. Consulting Attributes:- Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.
  • Self-driven and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs (if applicable).
