Are you passionate about the future of finance? We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Japanese-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our growing crypto project in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This is a non-voice role focused exclusively on providing high-quality support through email and live chat.

You will be the first point of contact for our Japanese-speaking users, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and understand the world of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Deliver exceptional support to users via Live Chat and Email in both Japanese and English.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries related to account verification (KYC), transaction status, wallet functionality, and platform features.
  • Technical Guidance: Educate users on security best practices (e.g., 2FA, phishing awareness) and blockchain basics.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism, adhering to brand tone-of-voice and internal service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Feedback Loop: Report recurring technical bugs or user pain points to the product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with internal regulatory and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional Customer Service or Support environment (Fintech, E-commerce, or Banking background is a major plus).
  • Language Proficiency: * Japanese: C1 level or Native (excellent written communication is essential).
  • English: B2 level or higher (to communicate with global teams and utilize internal tools).
  • Location: Must be currently based in Kuala Lumpur .
  • Legal Status: Applicants must have the right to work in Malaysia (No visa sponsorship provided).
  • Technical Literacy: A strong interest in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain technology, and Web3.
  • Soft Skills: Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Day & Afternoon Shifts: Conducted on-site at our Kuala Lumpur office.
